Whether it's finding a homeless person a job, making it possible for a father or mother to feed their children, assisting a college grad with their first job, or even assiting a professional with a career change. Kimberly and John are a father and daughter team with many years of experience in the human resource and recruiting industry. Kimberly brings over 16 years of experience to The Employment Connection, Inc. She is very active in the community, working with several not-for-profit agencies, including the Lions Club, Healthy Families & Better Indy Babies and Helping Her Heal Foundation. Kimberly serves on several boards. On any given day Kimberly could be recruiting a new client, interviewing a new candidate, teaching English as a second language or just running the business. Over the years, he was very fortunate to have held many positions, which has given him the experience to run a business today. John works with several not-for-profit organizations and serves as a mentor and advisor to several of those agencies.
